[W126 Coupe] need to replace the driver side window motor

No special tools needed, just normal spanners and wrenches, though some plastic panel removers are nice.

 

I wouldn't say the job is easy, more of a medium difficulty. It will help a lot of you have the instructions for removing the door panel.

 

Once the panel is away you just have to remember to remove the glass before you take the mechanism out of the door.
