[W126 Coupe] front wheel question

Could also be Idler arm. your may need to rebuild it, there is  a  
bushing kit. It is easily seen when the car is up on a lift push the  
left wheel at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions while looking at the  
idler arm if it has any play it needs renewed.
