Any decent auto body shop can fill the holes. The guy that did this brazed them since it puts less heat into the metal, then a thin layer of filler followed by primer and paint. It was done when he painted the entire car. Take yours off and walk into any body shop with them. It might just work fine to use some JB Weld epoxy to put a piece of metal behind the holes so that the filler can be applied from the front - a DIY project.

FYI, this is Chrysler Bright Silver, so that I can go down to Pep Boys and get some touch-up paint. When I put on the Lorinser chin piece on the front bumper, I'm going to paint it with a rattle can. It will be a perfect color match and with a little clear and some sanding, will look just as good as the PPG paint that's already on the car. I have some Wald rocker panels that will be painted the same way.

          lately my msgs haven't been getting through...

           

          i'm looking for the front metal strip where the headlight wipers bolt on to, but i'm looking for one without the wiper holes.  i believe the euro's may have had this.   is there such a thing?
