[W126 Coupe] Dash light problem

My interior lights stopped working 
No cluster lights and all the switches stopped working (i.e. Climate control
 window switches, etc)
Checked all fuses and bulbs they are all good 
Took the cluster out out it in another coupe and it works fine 
So now I need some help from you guys.... Any clue
Oh yeah for some time now only one side of my headlights comes on until I
hit on the fusebox and then they both work...LOL
I know sounds like a electrical issue but where do I start?
