[W126 Coupe] Rear window shade noise

Is the rear shade properly attached to the rear shelf?

 

If the shade is down and still makes noise, it is either the box rattling against the rear shelf or window or the center shaft moving around.

My problem is more of a vibration, and I notice it whether the shade is up or down. It happens any time I go over the smallest bump. If it's a smooth road, there's no noise.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.
