[W126 Coupe] Seat Belt Presenter Control Modual

Hi All,
This is a great forum for the SEC lover.
I consider my 1991 Black SEC with 92000 miles the "HOLY Grail of Cars". I've had it for almost two years and am trying to get it back into all original working order. The project I'm working on now is the passenger side seat belt presenter , part # MB 1268600482 (my wife is really upset that the driver side works and her side dose not). I've had it all apart and every thing seems to work: motor works when applying battery voltage, door contact is good, seat belt connector contact is good, fuse #15 is working. I even bought a used presenter from ebay. Unfortunately it has the wrong 8 pin connector (must be from an older model). I'm starting to think it is the control box, part# MB1248205026. Is there any way to test or repair this thing. A new one from MB is big bucks.
