[W126 Coupe] MB seat swapping?

Has anyone ever tried swapping seats between our 126 coupes, and some of 
the newer MB offerings?

I have access to a set of AMG C36 seats that I am tempted to try, 
partially in the search for a lower ride height (I'm 6'4", and brush my 
head on the headliner regularly), and partially just for a seat in 
better condition.

Thanks for any ideas/suggestions!
