Shin can you please explain what relay directly that you are speaking of fuel cutoff, speed control relays. I know exactly about the fuel relay but have not heard of a fuel cutoff, or a speed control relay. Thanks for your help, I have ordered a fuel relay from Autohauz AZ, they really have great prices and products. Regards, Cecil Elliott

I had a similar problem I posted a while back. the car would die cruising at 80mph in the fast lane. I had thrilling moments making it across all the lanes to the shoulder, where it would start again later. It was the fuel cut off and speed control relay. Probably the same thing Jonathan is talking about.Shin

I'd start w/ a fuel pump relay just for fun... If they pumps we bad they would likely be making a nasty sound or two.. Any shop that says we need to throw parts @ a problem to fix it is retarded.. Test pressures, test volume, test amperage draw....there are LOTS of things one can do before throwing parts @ a fuel system problem. If possible I would return those parts until you go through things... Where are you located?
