[W126 Coupe] brakes front and rear anyone please chime in

Gary,

Pads only or calipers too? Check with Jonathan on parts. I'd
recommend you do the brake lines too at 20 years as I have experienced
what happens when they swell while driving. And I'd recommend a
pressure bleed and replacement of the reservoir caps while your at it.

Front rotors you need the inner seals and jonathan has the right goop
recommendation for the bearing dust cap. Plus you should have a gauge
for run-out when working the wheel bearings.

If doing the rear rotors...inspect or just plan on replacing the
e-brake gear at 20 years too.
