[W126 Coupe] Alarm Help

Still no luck.  I left the cable off the battery for a day and reconncted it and thought I was in luck.  The drivers side and the truck opened with out setting it off so I actually drove it a little.  Came back home, parked it in the garage and opened the passenger door and it went off again.  Any ideas?

I went out this morning to get something out of it, opened the passenger side door, and it set the alarm off. It will go off for about a minute, stop for about a minute, then go off for another minute and then stop altogether.....until I open the door again at which time that cycle starts all over!
   
  I have tried locking and unlocking the doors, starting the car, (which it still will do), all with the master key, (not the valet key), everything short of disconnecting the battery to get it to reset or stop, but as of yet no luck, and no detailed information in the owners manual in the event of this happening.  The neighbors are really giving me dirty looks now!! = 0
   
  Any guidance would be appreciated!  In other words....HELP!!!!
