  Anybody have any accounts with shippers (UPS, DHL, Fedex, etc) that get discounts or great deals on shipping items?  Or connections with someone who does?

  I am trying to get some items returned to the UK and am finding the cost quite high and trying to find reasonable alternatives.

  Or have experience with how to initiate a "callback" for something someone sent and they want returned but refuse to pay for?!
