that's what i need to hear. now i'll keep my eye out for some euro's. i just thought it was going to be an involved thing. should i be so concern about leveling device on these lights. i really don't care if i can move them.

Markus Meyer <mfm at meyerprobateproperties.com> wrote: Not sure why you would want to do that? Half the reason the euros are better is the look, the other half is the light output. Part of that is the reflector, part is the glass lens, the other part is the bulb and wiring. Not sure you could even rig the US light into the euro housing, maybe? Honestly, its fairly straight forward to change the wiring from the US plug to the euro plug, probably easier than trying to do what you are thinking about.

i like the look and i was wondering if by chance i were to get a set of euro's couldn't i just use the the stock bulb/harness/wiring and rig it to fit the euro headlight...keeping the stock/regular blub?

Next on the list to install now but I'm waiting a little until the wife gets used to driving the car now that its "roadworthy" and the problem seem to be sorted out...for now.

IIRC, like you said on your site, the four SEC wires come out of the 4-pin US headlight connector and are put into the 6-pin Euro headlight connector. Somewhere I have a nice picture of the Euro connector with the US wires in it and it's easy to see which color wire goes into which hole. Let me know if it's needed.

Yes, there is a page on my web site that shows which wires go where in the 6-pin connector. Shows where to hook up the wire for the city lights also.
