Jas,

As I recall you have an 83 380 that was originally a euro with some
conversion done for U.S. A couple of things to check.

Do you have the original dash set-up with elevation control?
Did the fogs work on the previous US set-up?
Are you pulling the dash switch out to the first click to light the fogs?
Can you place a dc volt meter on the two-prong receptacle where you have
plugged in the fog lead on each side (l/r) for the new euro headlight
assemblies to see if i they're getting 12vdc?
If this is where there is no voltage, then I'd be looking at the pin out
voltages from the 6-pin connector and confirm correct placement of pins
per Steve Nervig's wiring diagrams.

Glad to hear you have the euro set-up now. Also, have you enabled and
lamped the citi-lights? Did you test that the vac system is fully
hooked up and working?

By the way on the early model US SEC the fogs will not illuminate
without headlights on and switch pulled to first click. There is no
easy way to enable this on the headlamp switch assembly, I have tried.
As a work-around, you can enable the fogs using a separate switch (I
used the rear cabin courtesy switch, and I added an indicator bulb to an
open instrument cluster socket) to allow them to be lit with no
headlamps or side markers in use. I pretty much leave them on all the
time whenever ignition is switched on. This is more in keeping with the
later year model SEC's.

Regards,
Dick
