LOL Bellamy,

That idea certainly crossed my mind. I wasn't going to mention that thought for fear of being ridiculed by the mob.

Indeed, if my body goes into uncontrollable spasms while upside down under the steering wheel with my one leg stuck out the window and the other jammed up on the rear view mirror I may have to seriously consider that option. ..oh, and I need to find a new ignition first before I rip it all apart

The pictures would be great. I have the mental ability to twist the words on black and white into a mesh of nonsense as I directly apply it to the object that it was

so well crafted for by others. Thoughts of that hammer of yours then usually come to mind combined with a few choice word fraises to decorate the occasion.

Alternatively, you can always permanently install your nifty starter button under the dash and use it to start the car (memories of '50's British cars... turn the ignition "on" and press the starter button).

To get at the switch you can remove the knee-panel under the dash to SEE it from underneath AND pull the instrument pod completely out to SEE it from the top. It's handy to have access from both directions. I'll see if I have any pictures of this and send directly to you. (I have trouble with this site limitations re: pictures)
