Heads and rear main, somewhere in the 30-40 hour mark if you do what you
should while you're there.
I charge around 4-5 for heads w/ heli coiling, intake diss. etc. for
the rear main that trans will have to come out..so if you have over 150K
i'd consider doing the transmission @ the same time.
Likely w/ those two jobs I'd yank the engine/trans as a unit.
