You have to communicate effectively with someone who is really busy!

That means writing all the questions and demands that go with those
questions in ONE well written e-mail.

 

That way you will get the appropriate response.

Otherwise you end up with multiple e-mails and phone calls over days and
weeks that get mixed in with information from different

people with somewhat similar problems. 

 

Well I don't want to write a book but I'm sure you can fill in the gaps.

 

Anyway, +1 for Jonathan from me.

I have to agree with Bruce and Markus here -- Jonathan is absolutely a
stellar person who IS a man of his word in every conceivable way. He is very
active on our E500/500E community and is one of the most helpful and
knowledgeable individuals out there on the 500E and MBs in general.

I would unhesitatingly vouch for him any day of the week, to any person.

Lou, you are dreadfully wrong with both your statement and your tactics
here.  I think Jonathan deserves an apology.
