[W126 Coupe] 380sec Exhaust system uprgrade

I Own a 1982 380 sec and am planning to change the whole exhaust  pipe with 
dual exhaust. I was wondering if anyone could give me some  idea's on how I may 
install two separate exhaust pipes for  either exhaust-manifold. is it 
possible? or worth the work? could a  muffler shop do it? and what catalytic 
converter and muffler brand should get,  what piping size should I use?
