[W126 Coupe] Becker tuner in trunk

My cassette player/stereo is not functioning correctly,  difficult to adjust 
speakers etc...
 
An "expert" on the 300 E informed me that the tuner in  the trunk on the 
drivers side is at fault.
 
Does the 560 SEC have a tuner in the trunk? If so any  suggestions as to what 
to do if a person wanted to keep their 91' as original as  possible.
