Postings remain property of MB Coupes, L.L.C.I start by taking a listen w/ a stethoscope, that gives you an idea as to where the bad lifter is..  

    Pop the valve cover and you should be able to find one that's looser then all the others, or showing wear on the cam..  Do you have a valve spring compressor?
