[W126 Coupe] Blower motor issues

My 1985 SEC has had a clicking noise when I run the A/C.  Just
installed a new blower motor but the problem persists.  Also hear
a gurgling sound which is boiling anti-freeze in the overflow tank.
Changed out the thermastate and temp gauge but still persists.
Any thoughts guys?
