I tried a couple of month ago to send a funny your tube movie. It consist of 3 parts. First how in the US a person is powering up a car and showing how he is burning rear tires against the asphalt. Then they show how a European was spinning a big BMW in the middle of the traffic and finally they show how they are doing it in Iraq on a bicycle.

50KB or so is no problem. The problem is with users who blindly attach a 3MB photograph directly from their camera with down-sizing it first to be suitable for emailing.
Somebody might try sending a 100KB attachment just to see what the present limit is.
