Sorry - this is not a 560 SEC post, but in case anyone is interested, I
am selling my 81' 380 SLC. I consider this is the "parent" of the SEC.
This is a pretty rare model, few were made, very few exist now.

I'd really like to go to someone who can appreciate this fine car. It
needs some minor mechanical work, but has some rust spots to take care
of. I don't have the time or talent for the body work. I'm practically
giving it away - need the room in the garage, pronto!

I hate to say it, although it lacks the power of the SEC, it has a ride
comparable to, if not better than the SEC. I think it's due to the front
sub-frame that cradles the motor vs. the SEC which did away with that I
guess to save some weight.
