[W126 Coupe] SEC Meet

My vote is for Vegas; Las Vegas having the cheapest (nice) hotels, lot's of
entertainment, and lot's of open road.

 

The last time we had a West Coast meet in Vegas it was great.  East Coasters
and Northerners may consider having a mini-meet and then caravanning or
rallying down here.

Andy,

 

I agree on the TX, NM and especially S CO.

 

I have done many cross country tours and trying to find an ideal spot is
challenging.  Hot weather makes it even more interesting.

Last year in June I drove my 65 Sportwagon ( 5 years to build) in the Hot
Rod Power Tour for 4,500 miles covering 15 states in the high 90-100 temps
with pouring rain and had a ball!!

 

Depending on the date you can count me in for the meet.

Mike it seems that there are only two of us sofar that would like this
meeting to go ahead. I say the two of us as there has been no definitive
imput from anyone else. What part of the country are you in? If you ever are
in so. NM do call and stop in for a visit, I have plenty of room. Maybe
another time, another place, another planet for the meeting ;-)>
