Hi Mike:
You mentioned Tasmania. Do you mean the island Tasmania? Or is there a town called Tasmania?
I have been a ships engineer/officer on Dutch oil tankers and bulk carriers for 10 years. And one of the towns in Australia was Adelaide. I was there in the month December and January of the year 1966/1967. We had a Christmas party on board of the ship and nurses from a close by hospital were invited. I went also to Tasmania and Wellington in New Zealand.

  BC, that's correct.
  This time last year, we took the 560SEL from Adelaide to the bottom Tasmania
  and back. Over 3,000km in absolute comfort. She has now done 335,000km and
  purrs along like a kitten.
