[W126 Coupe] As Is 1987 560 SEC

    Greetings from an old and terrible member. I hope the holidays finds
Satish and the list in good health and spirits. I unfortunately do not have
the time to be enjoying my 560 nor the talent to keep it, or fix it. It is
one of those situations that my eyes were bigger than my stomach back in
2002. I bought this white/ grey interior 560 in Miami and fly down and had
it tuned, a brake job, and added a CD. I drove it to my house in Chicago
where it sat while I was in Cuba for the Winter. When I arrived in the
Spring I dumped another few thousand in a exhaust system, wheels, tires and
moved to Nogales, Arizona. There I brought it across the border in late 2002
and it was promptly dinged by a drunk Mexican while it was parked. Needs a
grill and a small amount of body work. The rest of the body is in good shape
but there are a few dollar size rust spots. Interior wise it is in fair
shape the drivers seat could be replaced while the others are in good shape
and the dash has some fading. Engine wise she was in good shape, but as I
have been out of the country for five years it has been sitting. I'm sure
the brand new battery needs to be recharged and probably injectors too. It
is not drivable and I am not going to get it drivable, so it sits.

  Although I have not been a good member I still would like to share her
with the list. The reality is that this car could be either fixed up as it
has less than 110,000 miles. The other option is to part her out, but
frankly I am sick of paying 30,00 per month to house her. Naturally I can
and will supply photos of specifics and I will entertain offers directly.
She has a US title, and I am right on the border in Arizona. The car is
seven blocks inside of Mexico. and can be returned to the US or continue
South. There is rail in Nogales so rail transport is possible or
conventional trucking.
