  CORRECTION: My ruler measures as follows: The 3 tabs are in a circle 6.5 "whatevers" in diameter, and the outer "chrome" ring is 7.5 "whatevers" in diameter.

  My favorite DualRule non-skid, flexible MR 15 ruler by Vari-Line Industries, Inc. in Tenafly, N.J. has embarrassed me in front of the whole world, and my wooden ace No. 81218 has conspired along with it. Hoorah for INCHES ! Things will be better for me now.
