Well, I believe an Original Hammer does some inherent long term investment
value...right now all these AMG's are in that limbo stage of not being quite
old enough to be considered 'classic' nor has the group of kids that grew up
reading/lusting after these cars made it to the age where they have Lots of
disposable income to toss around...a-la the Muscle cars over the past few
years.

You might chat with Bruce Mendel...he has his finger on where Mercedes of
particular interest are lurking:)
