[W126 Coupe] Help me be removed from mailing list please

i wasn't trying to get off of the list but somehow i did once and believe it happen by me putting their email list on my block addresses and they, mb coupes, asked that if i didn't do something, can't remember now, that they would remove from the list.   they gave me 3 warnings and after the 3rd i got off and had to re-subscribe.
   
  so the solution, just put them on block and at a minimum you won't get the emails
