[W126 Coupe] Radiator Additive

Does anyone have a suggestion of some sort of radiator additive that could clean out (even partially) the water jets in a 420SEL engine?  My 420 SEL with 120K miles is beginning to over heat (the gage goes up to the line between 80 and 120) and I am not sure if a new radiator or cleaning the water jets in the engine would help.Thanks,Camran90 560SEC, 91 420SEL
