Isn't the GL baed on the ML underpinnings? Which shares come components with
the C class, bus is essentially it's own chassis?

 

It's the GLK that shares the underpinnins with the C class.

I wouldn't go near the GL...it's C class underpinnings w/ a big body
strapped on...  

I give the same recommendation for All new Mercedes.
