[W126 Coupe] Interior swap

Hey everyone! I recently purchased a complete Gen2 560 interior to swap into my 
380 euro, my interior was originally velour but someone had it changed to a cheap 
vinyl so it was necessary. So I was wondering how hard this switch is going to be? 
anything that I have to be aware of before I start? I am changing everything from 
the headliner to the base carpet so everything will be new. Any suggestions on 
where to start and what I will have to do would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jas
