I would be very wary of any second-hand, - used electrical parts for
any cars, Mercedes or otherwise.
Sellers of these items may say they guarantee they work but any tech
can tell you they need to be fully tested
before installation otherwise the customer is the loser.
Most reputable sellers will NOT guarantee used electrical parts for
older cars and their prices are reflective of that.
Yes, most anything can be fixed with the proper schematic but that I
didn't have when recently I had to replace a "smoked"
speedometer in my 12,000 mile 560 SEL to the tune of almost $1,000.
Just be careful of those used electrical items.
