[W126 Coupe] Shocks and springs

[Jonathan Hodgman]

I just recently got the valving specs for AMG's shocks so we can now have
Bilsteins set up accordingly.  The AMG spec shocks are designed w/ a lowered
car, running stiffer springs in mind.  As such, the valving/damping is more
aggressive on both the compression and rebound stroke.
