[W126 Coupe] service CDs

Markus, those jobs are missing from the W126 CDs. Apparent oversight  
on MBs part. They should be in Group 42.

If anyone has the paper manuals and could scan those jobs into PDFs  
and send them to me, I would be most appreciative. I would then be  
able to add them to the Index. Anyone, please?
