[W126 Coupe] line in Trunk

Hi all

 

Sorry I really do not have a trunk fetish but anyway in the trunk on the
driver side running under the antenna in a line that looks a little like a
break line but bigger.  On my car this line has been cut and pinched off any
idea what this line is?
