Hi Clay:
Can't imagine how they screwed that simple install up. You've got the
satellite antenna feed that plugs into the Sirius receiver directly.
You have the component audio-out on the radio or the rf antenna out that
connects directly to the Sirius line-in or rf antenna input. Lastly you
need 12volts power that's plumbed to your cigar lighter (works only with
ignition on) or they tapped the radios power source that already exists
and again works only with ignition on.
Take it back and have them make it right or tell them you will need
their insurance company information so you can file a claim. The claim
will cover the costs incurred for the 'bad' installation along with the
costs for the correct installation and any Mercedes repairs needed to
make the signals and flashers work properly once again.
