All countries are invited? You are dreaming.
In the last twenty years the Netherlands is the European champion in your 
baseball sport and they have never been invited by the US. I have a friend 
in Holland who happens to be a manager. He told me that the Dutch quality is 
not at the US level, but he wish that some teams could spend some time in a 
US trainings camp.
