[W126 Coupe] Need help

I bought from Mark a rear speaker shelve including the speaker covers, that came off a 1990 560 SEC. The items got shipped by UPS and was insured for $300.
One speaker cover came broken into 6 pieces.
According to a person from Pensky Mercedes a speaker cover cost $150.
Is somebody willing to tell exactly in writing what the item, palomino color, cost and the order number.
We like to submit this to the UPS store.
