I was in Massachusetts overthe weekend and I saw the plate with my own eys on rt 495 in Middleboro. It read MBCOUPE  RG

There is no such plate registered in Massachusetts! Plus there are to many digits for a Ma. plate remember we only have 6 digits! Let me know if there is another one I could inquire about!
