[W126 Coupe] '85 500 SEC parts to fit '90 560 SEC

Hi All, I have the opportunity to purchase an '85 500 SEC very 
inexpensively primarily for an attic stock of body parts. Since the '85 
is not a European version can anyone confirm (or not) that all body 
parts will fit on the '90? Specifically the hood, front fenders, doors, 
trunk lid. Thank you in advance for your help.
