Dick,
Thanks for the response.
Only after a hard rain. The car has to be sitting. If in motion
no water comes in. Car washes are O.K. no water then.
It is not the air condition, as I mentioned the drain is unplug
and water does not come from any part of the front of the car.

When does this water situation occur? After a good rain or car wash?
Only when AC has been operating?
