[W126 Coupe] Squeaky seat

Hello guys,

My 1990 560SEC has, over the past 2 months, started to develop a very  
annoying
squeakiness / croaking in the driver's seat - it sounds like an old  
chair or bed
mattress (not plastic or metal rattle). Especially bad when  
cornering, as my weight shifts
from side to side.

This is starting to annoy the heck out of me, and I am at the point  
of wanting to
pull out the seat, take it apart, and (hopefully) find the problem. I  
don't think this
would be a problem in a noisy car, bit in out silent beauties, it's  
very prominent,
and just so unbefitting of this car.

A search of the archive has yielded no information, has anybody had  
similar experience,
or can anybody reply with some pointers as to what I should be  
looking for? Surely
there must be a cure.
