Hi Guy's,
It's me again with another question. My fuel leak that I though was coming from rear, turned out to be a washer on one of the fuel pumps but I had already bought all new hoses and fuel pumps anyway. So now I have 2 extra pumps that are fine, but I can use them on 1 of my others if needed. I go to p/u car and iI had left the air cleaner off because mechanic was right down the street, he spots a drip after you turn car off that looked like it was coming down from a line going into fuel dist. and you have to floor car to get it started and there's no drip but running rich. Well today I went out and it almost started like it should, but had to floor it and it idles @750 a little rough, so I leaned it out some maybe a small turn on the tool and no more leak but can see a little moisture where the black hose under intake comes up to the plastic connector. Should I lean it out more or what do you think is going on ? Still have to floor to start, unless you do right away and then it starts fine over and over again.
Regards, Clay
