The service manual was available as a set of 2 CDs. Various persons on 
this list have had spare copies for sale from time to time. I'm sure 
they will contact you privately with offers to minimize any commercial 
transactions on the list.

Steve Nervig also wrote a much better index than the original CDs used, 
and made it available free as a friendly gesture to the list. 
Unfortunately the link I have for that index is not responding, and I 
don't know if it has moved to a new location.
