Hi Dan:
If you have gauges great. Then it's read the pressures and outside air
temp compared to the correct refrigerant chart to be sure you have a
full charge.
I'd go ahead and read the vent temps too on those that are blowing
cold. This will at least narrow the problem down to either mono-valve
or bad vacuum elements.
Air bag to passenger side or no?
