The only way to use the fog lights for driving lights is a new lense and
change the wiring to the high beam circuit.

The lenses in the fog lights are useless for deep penetrating light.Higher
wattage bulbs may not be supported by the wiring?Try fitting higher wattage
globes to the main beams,re allign the lights or try a H4 xenon
conversion...probably the best of all? I am considering that myself!
