Hi Fred:
I replaced the teflon bushing on a sedan selector at the transmission at
some point in the past and repaired an early model SEC shift gate that
had been mangled by the previous owner. As for a stiff feel, that may
indicate it has not been driven in quite a while. I think I'd ask how
long the SEC has been sitting.
