[W126 Coupe] climate control

Test and repair each of the vacuum elements, test the vacuum switching
valve. If the car is at or past 200k miles, the blower motor will be
the near the end of it's life and it would serve you well to take care
of this now while the dash is apart. Otherwise leave it alone.. Test
the small sampling blower that pulls air off of the courtesy lamp
inlet. If the AC work previously I would do nothing more. If the AC
had failed as in black death, you might want to tackle the replacement
of the expansion valve while going through the rest of the AC
components. I think that's pretty much it for under the dash on the ACC.
