[W126 Coupe] climate control

Here is an odd question.  Could I take a climate control unit from a newer mercedes such as this unit.  http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/01-Mercedes-E430-Heater-Climate-Control-OEM_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33545QQitemZ140099140510QQrdZ1

and use in the SEC?  What would I have to retrofit or change in order to use this unit instead of the stock US unit that came with the W126?
