[W126 Coupe] R&R of seat memory & control switch on door panel of 89 560 SEC 2nd request

Hi,

Can someone please tell me how to do an R&R of the seat memory & control 
switch on the door panel of my 89 560 SEC?
I was sent an e-mail of a brief to do with no breakdown.
Do I have to remove the door panel?
Please someone tell me with a small breakdown as my seat back is all the way 
forward and it is real uncomfortable.
